Request received.

The two emails this sends.

Here is what a finished request produces: a confirmation for the customer, and a sorted, flagged summary for the caterer, built from the same request, so the owner can quote in minutes instead of chasing details.

How this works when it is real.

1

Form to inbox

The request form is a standard Netlify Form. Each submission is emailed to the owner as a plain list of answers, and stored in the Netlify dashboard.

2

The emails above

Netlify does not send customer replies or custom email layouts by itself. A small add-on, such as a Zapier automation or a serverless function, builds the customer reply and the flagged owner email shown here.

3

Calendar stays yours

The owner confirms dates by hand, so nothing is ever double booked. Scheduling tools can come later if the business needs them.

In this demo nothing is sent or stored on a server, and the form is not posted anywhere. The emails above are built in your browser from what you entered.
