Website design and integrations

Websites that book customers while you work.

Simple, affordable sites for small businesses, with online booking or request forms built in. Fewer missed calls, fewer no-shows, less phone tag.

The problem

Sound familiar?

"I miss calls when I'm with a customer."

Customers book themselves online, any hour, and you get a confirmation by email.

"Quotes take a dozen texts back and forth."

One short form collects the details you need to price a job, and replies to the customer instantly.

"People no-show and I lose the slot."

Automatic email reminders go out before every appointment.

What I build

A clean site, plus the one tool your business needs.

Appointment-based businesses

Website + Online Booking

Customers pick a service and a time that is open, and get an email confirmation and reminder. You stop playing phone tag.

  1. Pick a service
  2. Choose a time
  3. Get a reminder

Businesses that price per job

Website + Request Forms

A short form collects exactly what you need to give an estimate. The customer gets an instant reply, and you get a tidy email.

  1. Customer fills form
  2. They get a reply
  3. You get the details

Work

Recent projects.

Real projects and concept designs. Concept work is labeled as such.

Example Google Calendar week view, the doctor-facing side of the scheduling app

Client project

Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates

The problem: 40+ doctors across 25+ states needed one place to schedule cases and take referrals from dental offices.

What I built: A scheduling and referral app that syncs with each doctor's Google Calendar.

Home page of Harlow and Pine, a fictional home cleaning company, showing a live price quote and booking button

Concept work

Home cleaning company with built-in booking

The problem: A growing cleaning company still took bookings by phone, so quotes were slow and crews were hard to schedule.

The idea: A full website where customers see a live price, pick a time and crew, get a confirmation with a calendar invite, and reschedule or cancel on their own. No backend, so the whole thing runs in the browser.

Home page of Copper Fig Catering, a fictional caterer, with a table of shared dishes and a quick event estimate form

Concept work

Catering company with a quote request builder

The problem: A caterer's quotes depended on phone calls and vague emails, so details like dates and allergies got lost and every price took back-and-forth.

The idea: Custom-priced work should not be instantly bookable. Customers build a menu, see a live estimate range and request a date, and the owner gets a sorted, flagged email with a ready reply. It also checks that every dietary need has a real main course.

About

Hi, I'm Aldo.

I'm a 22 year old software engineer from Florida, and I focus on integrations: connecting existing software together in a way that saves you time and effort. I build for small businesses because that is where there is the most impact to be made, and software that grows with them makes a real difference.

Working with me is simple. We agree on what you need and when you need it, I keep you updated along the way, and I deliver on time and done right. I'm here to make real change happen, so your business doing well matters to me as much as it does to you.

Contact

Let's talk about your business.

Tell me a bit about what you do and what is slowing you down. I will reply by email, usually within a day, with ideas and a quote. No pressure.

I only use this to reply to you.
